– The SAbyNA 30-month meeting was held at TECNALIA Research & Innovation facilities in San Sebastián (19-20 Oct. 2022).

On October 19th and 20th, Tecnalia (WP5 Leader of SAbyNA) hosted the SAbyNA 30-month meeting in the beautiful Donostia-San Sebastián.
The two working days were focused on discussing the needed inputs from the different WPs towards the second release of the SAbyNA Guidance Platform: Sharing the latest advances on the Hazard, fate and Exposure strategies to guide the user on the methods, models and tools to use for SSbD purposes; and proposing a panel of safe by design strategies and risk management measures to reduce or mitigate the identified risks.
Furthermore, the sector-specific modules of the SAbyNA Guidance Platform are developing in parallel by working closely with the industrial partners involved in the project.
SAbyNA is developing a guidance platform for industry to efficiently manage the risks associated with nano-enabled products by implementation of the Safe and Sustainable by Design concept.
